About this policy
Rain Day Irrigation, LLC provides irrigation, drainage, landscape lighting, dumpster rental and related outdoor services in Katy and nearby communities. This policy describes information we process through this website and our service inquiries.
Information we collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the information you enter: name, phone number, email, service or delivery location, selected service, project description, and any optional SMS consent. Website platforms may also process technical information such as IP address, device details, and page visits.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, discuss scheduling, coordinate deliveries, provide services, maintain business records, and improve customer support. A website quote request does not automatically confirm an appointment.
Service providers
Website inquiries are processed through Wix Forms. We may use service providers for hosting, business communications, scheduling, payment, analytics and advertising measurement. These providers may process information in connection with those services. We may disclose information as required by applicable law.
Analytics and advertising
We may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure website activity and advertising performance. These technologies may use cookies and online identifiers. Our form-conversion events are configured to report submission status and service category rather than your name, phone or email. You can manage cookies and certain ad personalization through your browser and Google settings.
Text messages
Website SMS consent is a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. If you opt in, we may send service-related text messages. Consent is not required to request a quote or services. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.
Retention and requests
We retain information as reasonably needed for service inquiries, business records, legal obligations and other legitimate business purposes. To ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information where applicable, contact us using the details below.
